Proprietors:  Jimmer (auctioneer) & Joyce Deacons
, started their business in August 2002, and both come from a long line of auctioneers.  Jim worked for his father, auctioneer Jim Deacons, at Rice's Auction Barn in Polaski for many years.   Joyce's father and brother are auctioneers, Carlos and Clifford Johnson.   Looks like the business may go another generation as the Deacons sons, Jamison and Josh, are regular help at the auctions.
Auctions:  Tues. & Sat., every other week (see Syracuse Sunday Post-Standard Classified under Auctions).  Hot food & beverages are available, as well as a monthly chicken dinner.

Terms of sale:  Cash, Visa/MasterCard, approved checks.
10% buyer's premium.
