British railway artifacts: Barry, email to eastweld@paston.co.uk. Items as displayed in the theme restaurant chain called "Victoria Station", which had many outlets throughout New England and the east coast of the United States. The restaurants were decorated with porcelain enamel signs and other memorabilia from the railways in England - fantastic collections. The chain went out of business some years back and the decor was either sold off to be re-used in other restaurants and bars such as Chelsea Street Pubs, bought by individuals or simply trashed. Occasionally, these signs still turn up in various parts of the United States. I am always in the market for buying them and bringing them back to England.
